Easy Rescue is the operating platform for a Swiss first-aid training service. Learners find a driving-licence or company course, register, and pay online. Staff run sessions, attendance, and certificates. Instructors complete onboarding and are paid from the courses they teach.

The challenge

One source of truth from signup to payslip

The same facts have to stay consistent from the public page to the classroom and the payslip: which course is running, where, who is teaching, how many seats remain, who has paid, who attended, and who may receive a certificate.

  • Learners need dates, venues, and prices for driving-licence and company BLS courses
  • Staff need a private workspace for the catalogue and participants
  • Instructors need a schedule, contract, and monthly pay record
  • Partners need course listings without staff-workspace access

One Laravel app for public and staff

The public site and the staff workspace share one Laravel application and one database—so enrollment, attendance, certificates, and payroll stay aligned.

We treated Easy Rescue as one product: public enrollment and private operations on the same stack, with permissions, Swiss payment and payroll formats, and partner access designed into the workflow—not bolted on later.
